This Privacy Policy governs your use of the "Snappi" browser extension (the "Extension"). By installing and using the Extension, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Data We Process

We designed Snappi with your privacy as a top priority. The Extension does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data, such as your name, email address, IP address, location, or Browse history.

• Search Queries: The Extension interacts with your search queries entered in one search engine for the sole purpose of redirecting that same query to the alternative search engine you select. This process is handled locally within your browser. The search query is not saved, logged, or stored by the Extension after the redirection is complete.
• Extension Settings: The Extension saves your chosen settings (such as your preferred list of search engines) locally in your browser's secure storage (chrome.storage). This data is used exclusively for the Extension's functionality. If you are logged into your Google Account in Chrome, these settings may be synced across your devices for your convenience, but they are never transmitted to us or any party outside of your own Google Account.

2. How We Use Your Data

The data processed by Snappi is used strictly to provide its core functionality: enabling you to quickly switch between search engines. We do not use this data for tracking, advertising, user profiling, or any other purpose.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

Snappi does not share any user data, including search queries or settings preferences, with any third parties. Period.

4. Data Security

All your Extension settings are stored locally within your browser's secure storage. We take reasonable measures to protect this data; however, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Children's Privacy

The Extension is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
